In the past, I didn’t make mental health a priority. I hustled myself into the dirt. Not prioritizing your mental health as an entrepreneur can lead to, or magnify mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or grief. Entrepreneurship is hard. Building a business from the ground up can be an emotional roller coaster, and we can’t go through the motions of running our businesses all the while neglecting ourselves and our mental health.
